something about the second line really baffled me ''they shall mount up with wings as eagles''.
comparing what i read about the features of an Eagle which also includes it wings i came to a conclusion that this isn't about flying it's actually about the strength of the bird that's doing the flying. If just waiting upon the Lord can guarantee such strength, i'm definitely waiting and so should you.
